Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide through DHL. UK Shipping is done via Royal Mail and DPD.
How do custom orders work?
Visit Studio → Custom order. Choose a template or upload your design. We review your request and send a quotation. Once you approve, we confirm payment and production timelines.
What is Trade Services
Trade Services cover custom embroidery, corporate bulk, and global sourcing. Submit a brief, receive a formal quotation, and track fulfilment after approval.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments and Klarna (Pay in 3 / Pay later) in GBP (£) via Stripe Checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I return an item?
See our Shipping & Returns policy for eligibility. Custom-made and personalised pieces may have different rules.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account to view order status. When your parcel ships via DPD, tracking details appear on your order page.
