Christown Empire Ltd represents over a decade of professional textile design and apparel manufacturing practice, building directly upon our extensive international experience originally established under Christown Impex Global. All creative direction, vector design layouts, custom bilingual text embroidery formats (including our signature Da Bo • Ó Dábò typography), and software digitisation paths hosted on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Christown Empire Ltd.
2. Commercial Conditions & Custom Orders
By placing an order for a custom, embroidered, or embellished product from the Christown Editions collection, you acknowledge that manufacturing begins immediately upon the approval of digital design vector proofs. Consequently, customized apparel runs are exempt from standard cancellations once physical stitch programming or textile printing has commenced.
3. Corporate Structure & Operations
Our retail, wholesale, and enterprise B2B fulfillment programs operate strictly within a verified UK commercial setting under Christown Empire Ltd. All international trade transactions, supply chain distributions of authentic Nigerian Aso-Oke, Adire, and Ankara, and merchant payments are processed securely under our UK registered corporate infrastructure.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
