Dabo means farewell in South Wales, while Odábọ̀ means farewell in Yoruba. Their similar sounds and shared meaning create a beautiful connection between Welsh and Yoruba cultures. Paired with the Welsh daffodil, a symbol of Welsh pride and new beginnings, the design celebrates our roots, shared humanity and the beauty of embracing two cultures as one identity.
