Refund Policy

If you change your mind, unused items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law where applicable.

Email hello@christownempire.co.uk with your order number, the items to return, and the reason. We will confirm next steps and a return address if approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days once the return is accepted.

Custom, personalised, and made-to-order goods are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is usually paid by the customer. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items we are responsible for.
